Directorate of Government examinations, Telangana released the admit cards for the National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) which will be held on November 5. On Wednesday Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said that the reservation for OBC students in NTSE stage two examination has been approved. The announcement has comes as a good news for a lot of students from OBC category as they would be able to avail the benefits of the scholarship. The examination is conducted by NCERT for the students of class 10.

The scholarship is given every month to the students who qualify the exam during their class 11, class 12 and graduation. NTSE is a unique scholarship examination for which you can only appear once. Any student of class 10 in any recognised schools of the state can appear for the exam. The students who will clear the examination will be selected for the second level based on the merit and as per the reservation norms of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).

Steps to download the NTSE/NMMS admit card 2017:

1) Visit the directorate’s official website (http://bse.telangana.gov.in)

2) Click on link for NTSE hall tickets

3) Log in with school code and password

4) Hall ticket will be displayed

5) Download and take a print out

Note: It is very important for the candidates to check all the details before printing the hall ticket.

Directorate of government examinations conducts the first level of the NTSE every year along with the National Means Cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) examination. The exam consists of mental ability test, language test and scholastic aptitude test. The time duration of the test is 3 hours and there are 200 questions to be answered which carry 200 marks
