Music Director, Ravindra Jain, passes away

MUMBAI: Veteran music director Ravindra Jain took his last breath today, in Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai, where he had been undergoing treatment since two days. 
He passed away at 4.10 pm today.
He was unwell for quite some time and was admitted to Wockhardt Hospital in Nagpur, after which he was shifted to Lilavati Hospital on 7th October, by a chartered air ambulance. 
Ravindra Jain had gone to Nagpur for a concert, but could not participate because he developed health issues. 
The music maestro was suffering from a urinary infection that caused complications in his kidneys.
He composed music for many mythological television serials and movies during the 1980s and 1990s.
He is best known for his superhit songs in Bollywood movies such as Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se, Geet Gaata Chal, Heena and Ram Teri Ganga Maili.
Bollywood celebrities like Lata Mangeshkar, Rishi Kapoor and music composers such as Kailash Kher and Pritam, took to Twitter, to express their grief over the tragic demise of Ravindra Jain.
