Salman’s verdict—some satisfied, some question it

After the Bombay High Court today acquitted Salman Khan in the 2002 hit-and-run case, the Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis reacted on the judgment and said that the government will examine the court order and further decision will be taken after examination.

Satisfied with the High Court judgment, Salman's Lawyer, Amit Desai said, “I am professionally satisfied with the verdict; very glad with the court’s outcome; got relief after 13 long years. Verdict has bought a big relief for Salman. We are waiting for bail bond to be executed”.

"After 13 years of journey, huge relief to my client", Amit Desai added.

AIMIM also welcomed the HC verdict and said, “Must respect the verdict. Prosecution failed to prove charges”.

Reacting on the verdict, the Special public prosecutor said, “Will go through the order”.

Speaking out on Salman’s verdict, the witness said, “Respect the court's verdict; can't question the court's verdict”.
