Los Angeles: Model Kendall Jenner is suing a skin treatment company, Cutera, Inc., for using her name and photograph to promote their product.
The product in question is Laser Genesis acne treatment. It takes credit for Kendall's "nearly flawless skin" and says it fixes problems such as acne scars, razor bumps and stretch marks, reports dailystar.co.uk.
In return for using her name and likeness, she wants Cutera to hand over their profits, which need to be at least $10 million.
Kendall's lawyer Todd Wilson defended the huge sum.
He said: "The right to associate Kendall Jenner's name and likeness in connection with a product or service belongs solely to Kendall Jenner and is protected by Federal and State law.
