'Spotlight' was also named Best Original Screenplay

Los Angeles: 'Spotlight' won the Oscar for Best Picture on Sunday here at the 88th Academy Awards ceremony.
It defeated 'The Revenant', which grabbed the Oscars for other top honours like Best Actor in a Leading Role and Best Directing.
Apart from getting one of the top honours, 'Spotlight' was also named Best Original Screenplay.
The Tom McCarthy directorial takes you back to 2001 when the journalists of The Boston Globe's Spotlight team began investigating Father John Geoghan, accused of molesting more than 80 boys.
