I am not quitting films: Pawan Kalyan

Hyderabad: The famous Telegu star Pawan Kalyan who is also known as ‘Power Star’ has denied reports of quitting. 
Pawan Kalyan categorically reiterated that he was not quitting films. "The news which aired about my film career is false. I am not quitting films," he added.
The actor had announced that his movie Sardaar Gabbar Singh would be launched in Hyderabad on Sunday in a big event. A surprise press meet was called by Pawan at 4.30 pm on Saturday making people wonder what he was going to discuss.

The actor requested, "Those who don't have passes should not even try to come and stand in groups at the gates. No one should create problems for foreigners who are staying at Novotel. If you don't have a pass, please sit and watch the event at home." 
Veteran actor and politician Chiranjeevi who is also the brother of Pawan Kalyan was also scheduled to attend the movie’s audio launch. Pawan Kalyan confirmed this news saying, "I have invited Chiranjeevi for this audio launch. He had also launched the Gabbar Singh audio."
Chiranjeevi has written the screenplay for Sardaar Gabbar Singh and the movie is set in the backdrop of the Khammam-Chattisgarh border.
Sardaar Gabbar Singh is slated to release on April 8. Pawan Kalyan will be sharing the screen with Kajal Agarwal. The music for the film is by Devi Sri Prasad and Pawan Kalyan has reportedly also sung a track in the film.
