Paramount sued over product placement

London: 'Transformers: Age of Extinction' products like Bud Light, Goodyear, Beats Pills and more has led the production-house Paramount into trouble.
Wulong Karst Tourism takes Paramount to court in a 27 million dollar lawsuit this week, saying the studio failed to hold up its end of the deal.
Paramount don't dispute this, but according to sources they are arguing that the fact that Michael Bay shot a commercial for the company and left behind the sets and props makes up for it.
The case has been accepted by a court in Chongqing city.
