1920 London: Movie review

New Delhi: '1920 London' is a horror movie that features Sharman Joshi, Meera Chopra and Vishal Karwal and is directed by Tinu Suresh Desai. This is the third movie with 1920 in the title, which began in 2008 with 1920 then with 1920: The Evil Returns in 2012 and now '1920 London'. 
'1920 London' a supernatural drama produced by Vikram Bhatt. The plot of the movie swings between 1920 London and 1920 Rajasthan. 
The movie opens in Sikar, Rajasthan which is the hometown Shivangi (Meera Chopra) and further explores the locales of London where she resides with her husband Kunwar Veer Singh (Vishal Karwal). The happiness of the royal couple soon comes to an end after the arrival of a royal 'locket' from India. As soon as Veer wears the locket, the ‘aatma’ posses Veer and weird things start happening to him. 
Shivangi fears that a dangerous spirit has possessed her husband; she approaches a renowned exorcist in Rajasthan. The exorcist is none other than Jai Singh Gujjar (Sharman Joshi) who happens to be her old love-interest. 
The movie is all about ‘aatma’, ‘daayan’,’ mantra’,’ tantra’ which evokes laughter rather than fear amongst the audience. In '1920 London' the set up of house interiors, hospital decors, vintage cars, Meera’s costumes, hairstyles and everything portrays the time.
