Salman Verdict

Bollywood hippocrates exposed. If Salman was such a good human being - why didnt he plead guilty, help the victims for loss of livelyhood, and then ask for mercy. Instead he tried to game the system by saying he didnt drink, was not the driver, and try to buy justice by making his driver scapegoat. He should pay for the crime committed.

Media decides justice

No doubt a crime But media makes a hype of this news as though it's big ITS BIG BECAUSE ITS SALMAN KHAN. Media still irresponsible I wish u would concentrate on more important issues Specially Jujhar Pushing ur opinion nope no fun

I am die hard fan. Love him. But accept the verdict. But can we give him one year and 50cr for each year after. And that money can be used to revamp 8 villages of his choice: community service.

Bail granted by Bombay HC

It cannot be extension of bail. Prior to the Sessions Court's judgement, S was an accused. After the judgement, S was a convict. I think this has entirely changed the situation. Can legal luminaries overlook the change in status of S?

Interim bail

Interim bail - Bail after the arrest of a person. (Interim bail is bail that has been posted after a release from jail. This bail is posted as a continuance until trial.) Anticipatory bail - Bail before the arrest. Was S arrested before grant of Interim bail? If not can Honble HC grant an interim bail and if so under which sections of law?
