Bengaluru: The much awaited Kanada movie “Godhi Banna Sadharana Mykattu’ was finally released on Friday. The movie features Rakshit Shetty, Ananth Nag and Shrithi Hariharan of “Lucia” fame in the female lead role.
 
The main plot of the movie revolves around a retired service man Venkob Rao ( Ananth Nag)  – suffering from Alzheimer – who goes missing and the ordeal his son Shiva V Rao (Rakshit Shetty) faces in search of him. 
 
Review:
 
The veteran actor Ananth Nag plays the role of an Alzheimers patient who is seen at his best after a long time. The other lead actors Rakshit Shetty and Sruthi Hariharan did their best to justify their character in the movie.
 
The suspense-drama is a family-oriented movie that touches the emotions that each one of us go through at home on a daily basis. The movie is shot keeping in mind the 80s and 90s audiences in mind. 
 
‘Godhi Banna Sadharana Mykattu’, is directed by debutante Hemanth M Rao and produced by Pushkar Mallikarjunaiah. The music is scored by the music director Charan Raj MR. The music in the movie does have some of its roots in Carnatic music as well as contemporary music.
