MUMBAI: Bollywood ‘baadshah’ Shah Rukh Khan, who owns the Kolkata Knight Riders team, is in trouble as Enforcement Directorate(ED) has summoned him over foreign exchange violation.

The Enforcement Directorate has issued summons to all the shareholders involved in the transfer of shares between Knight Riders Sports Pvt Ltd (KRSPL) and Sea Island Investment (SIIL), including Shah Rukh Khan and actress Juhi Chawla’s husband Jay Mehta.

49-year-old actor has reportedly been asked to appear before the ED in Mumbai by the end of this month.

The audit report by ED concludes that Kolkata Knight Riders’ shares sold to a Mauritius based company Sea Island Investment (SIIL) owned by Jay Mehta were undervalued.
