New Delhi: Horse lover, actor Randeep Hooda rescued more horses which were ill-treated from Matheran in Maharashtra.
Reports said the Bollywood hunk was shocked when Adhuna Akhtar, who is a fellow member of the Mahalaxmi riders' club, sent him a video of ill-treated horses. The video has the message a plea to save horses from ill-treatment in Matheran, following which Randeep immediately left the hill station for Matheran to help them.
The actor said the load horses carry goods for hotels, shops and villagers up the hills. He said some of the smaller horses are lugging three-six gas cylinders on one trip
Randeep has a huge farmhouse in Gurugram where he has also set up a polo club where he has breed racing horses.
Earlier this year, the ex-polo player adopted nine horses that were dying of hunger.
