New Delhi: A man in Hamirpur city of Himachal Pradesh booked an entire movie hall for the screening of Salman-starrer 'Sultan' to surprise his wife.
“When Bajrangi Bhaijaan was released, Geetanjali asked me to get five tickets for the show. But I could not arrange it. Now, I decided to surprise her by booking the entire show,” Shankar Musafir, an alumnus of Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru University, said.
Shankar Musafir booked the entire 120-seat ARV Cinemas in Gurukul Mall a day before the release of the film for his wife Geetanjali, who is a huge Salman Khan fan.
Musafir posted the pictures from the theatre on Facebook with the caption "Being 'sharaabi'...Bachchan style.. Booked the entire theatre for Gitanjali, my wife, who is a great fan of Salman. Sultan-First day first show...full house."
“We thought Musafir, who got the booking confirmed from me, will come with 120 persons,” Amit Thakur, MD of the mall said.
“But we were surprised to find that he came only with his wife,” he said.
Musafir and Geetanjali got married in April this year.
