Brett Lee's 'UnIndian' to release on Aug 19

Mumbai: Excited about his Bollywood debut, ‘UnIndian,’ which will be hitting theaters on August 19, cricketer-turned actor Brett Lee hopes to see big actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Preity Zinta including cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar during the film screening.
Already been released in Australia, 'UnIndian' will be a romantic treat; how amazing it would be to watch a pacer romancing with Bollywood actor Tannishtha Chatterjee.
Australian pacer, who was a cricketer in real life, will be seen playing the character of an Australian teacher, who falls in love with an Indian girl named Meera (Tannishtha Chatterjee).
Fans used to go crazy when he used to bowl but will the audience in theaters too be exicited when he appears by being less like an Australian and more like an 'UnIndian!'
"We have invited number of cricketers and Bollywood stars. We have invited Shah Rukh Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, Preity Zinta and others,” Brett said.
"The feedback that we have got from Australia is amazing. People have thoroughly enjoyed the film. I believe people in India will enjoy the film as well," Lee added.
"I want people to enjoy the film. It's a romantic comedy and there is humour and lot of passion."
“This film is about a cross cultural relationship. After watching it, lot of people have come and said that's what we are going through,” he added.
Directed by Anupam Sharma, “UnIndian” also features Tannishtha Chatterjee, Supriya Pathak, Akash Khurana and Gulshan Grover.
Amidst the buzz around Brett’s upcoming film, rumours are also swinging in the air that the cricketer turned actor Lee has been approached for a role in 'Housefull 4.'
