'Channa Mereya' from 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' may bring back memories of one-sided love

New Delhi: After making the audience go crazy with the title track ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' and ‘Bulleya’, the makers of ADHM on Thursday released the third song of the movie titled 'Channa Mereya'. The mesmerising track of ‘Channa Mereya’ is all about unrequited love.

‘Channa Mereya’ features Ranbir Kapoor singing in Anushka's wedding and while singing he is reminded of the past days that they spent together. The song reveals the painful feeling of one-sided love. In the song Ranbir is heard saying, “Ek tarfa pyaar ki taqat hi kuch aur hoti hai. Auron ki rishton ki tarah ye do logo mei nahi batta, sirf mera haq hai ispe.” The trailer of the movie the song also reveals that Ranbir and Anushka are great friends, though Ranbir's friendship turns into love but Anushka loves someone else and is getting married in the song. Anushka is seen sporting a beautiful golden ‘lahenga’ and Ranbir is dressed in a golden ‘sherwani’ and black ‘pagdi’ with ‘mehendi’ in his hands.

The song is sung by Arijit Singh and penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya will definitely bring tears in your eyes.

The romantic drama ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ has been directed by Karan Johar and stars Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anushka Sharma and Fawad Khan in lead roles. The film will show a 33-year-old Ranbir romancing a 42-year-old Aishwarya.
