Vijay Singh, CEO, Fox Star Studios, said: ‘”Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ has had an amazing run at the box office and we are thrilled to know that this has become the second biggest hit of Ranbir Kapoor.”
Singh is happy with the way the film was received by movie buffs.
“Karan Johar’s directorial has become a huge hit because of the love the audiences have showered on the content of the movie and we are glad to be partners with him in making cinema that stands out,” he said.
This might come as a respite for Ranbir, who had setbacks with ‘Bombay Velvet’, ‘Roy’ and ‘Besharam’. In fact, ‘Tamasha’ also failed to elicit a good response.
