New Delhi: Bollywood veteran Amitabh Bachchan who was evidently bemused with the mobile service he was getting took to Twitter to voice his complaint. Under normal circumstances, we would call up the customer care service and wait for a reply; but when the going gets tough, we take to social media.
Apparently, Mr Bachchan was so frustrated with the service that he took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “Vodafone we have a problem..!! All send messages coming failed.. Receiving SMS but not going.. Hheeeellllppp !!!” (ALL IN CAPS)

As soon as the word got around, Vodafone deployed— what we hope—the fastest customer care service they were capable of.
Reliance Jio, who was quick to sniff the trouble, took to Twitter and stated, “would be happy to deliver a Jio SIM to him and activate it instantly through their Aadhaar based eKYC home delivery process.”
Mr Bachchan had earlier tweeted about Samsung Galaxy Note 7, following which, his phone was immediately replaced.
