Aishwarya Rajesh, who made national headlines in the National Award-winning film Kaaka Muttai, is excited about her Friday release ‘Gemini Ganeshanum Suruli Raajanum’. But what’s got her more excited is her Bollywood film with Arjun Rampal ‘Daddy’, Dhanush-Vetrimaaran’s ‘Vada Chennai’ and Gautham Menon-Vikram’s ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’.
“I feel really blessed that I have bagged these big projects,” Aishwarya gushes in her chat with NewsX. “In ‘Gemini Ganeshanum Suruli Raajanum’, my role is the smallest of the four leading ladies but it is a significant role. I never look at the length of my role in a film but how much impact it makes on the audience.”
“Working with ace directors Gautham Menon and Vetrimaaran is like a dream come true for me. They give strong roles for women in their films,” says Aishwarya.
Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal liked her audition for ‘Daddy’ and signed her on. This Hindi film is likely to hit theatres in October. She also will be seen with Abhay Deol in his Tamil debut in the film ‘Vedalam Sollum Kathai’, which is he is also co-producing.
Meanwhile, her Tamil film with Atharvaa Murali is releasing on July 14. From Kollywood to Bollywood, Aishwarya says she’s enjoying her success.
