Believing the sources, the bomb was thrown by some members of a local outfit called ‘Puratchi Puligal’ who is furious over the way Dalit community, Arundhadiyar, has been depicted in the movie by the director and therefore, they are opposing the featuring of the movie in different theatres.

“We have arrested seven people who had allegedly hurled the bomb. We are investigating,” Police Commissioner Shailesh Kumar Yadav was quoted in a media report.

However, the anger has not left any impact on the boxoffice collection of the movie which has already made records.

The most expensive movie to be made in India, at Rs. 250 crore, Baahubali has created a buzz not only in India but across the world.
