Bollywood actress Ileana D’Cruz, who is currently busy promoting film ‘Baadshaho’, expressed her anger on Twitter after some male fans misbehaved with her.

In a series of tweets, the 29-year-old Ileana wrote, “It’s a pretty shitty world we live in. I’m a public figure. I understand that I don’t have the luxury of a private & an anonymous life. But that doesn’t give any man the right to misbehave with me. Don’t confuse “fan antics” with that. I am a WOMAN at the end of the day.”

Ileana’s posts were re-tweeted by her colleagues and her friends to support her.

Though the ‘Badshaho’ actress did not reveal much about the incident, but she shared some shocking details in an interview to Mumbai Mirror.

The actress said that she was stuck at a red light for about five minutes and some men recognised her and started eve-teasing her.

“They started banging against the window, pressing themselves against the car, one of them even lying down on the top of the bonnet and laughing. I’ve been eve teased when I was younger, but I didn’t expect guys to misbehave to this level at this age,” Ileana said.

The actress was travelling without a bodyguard. She had just the chauffer with her.

In the past, many actresses have been harassed by male fans.
