New Delhi: Rs 4 lakh or govt job? This is what the Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) govt is offering to the family of Khalid Wani a man declared as an over ground worker of the Hizbul Mujaheedin and the brother of militant Burhan Wani.
Today the J&K chief minister Mehbooba Mufti defended her decision, saying a distinction needs to be made between militants and their families.
While her alliance partner, BJP, has condemned the move, the debate has only just begun.
