After a gap of 20 years, Arundhati Roy is back with her latest book 'The Ministry of Utmost Happiness'.

New Delhi: Here is all the reason for bookworms to look ahead for the upcoming year as some of the most renowned authors are ready with their latest books.

Penguin Publishers are bringing some of the best stories and novels in the 2017 written by authors like Arundhati Roy, Taslima Nasreen, Nadeem Aslam, Mohsin Hamid, Amit Chaudhuri, Nandita Das, Devdutt Pattnaik, Ruskin Bond, Anita Nair and many more.

After a gap of 20 years, Man Booker Prize winner Arundhati Roy is back with her latest book 'The Ministry of Utmost Happiness' which tells a shattered story, magnificently. The book will mark Roy's return after she wrote 'God Of Small Things' which went on to become one of the most loved books.

There is also 'An Unsuitable Boy', the autobiography of Bollywood Director Karan Johar which is an honest, heart-warming and personal account of him and 'Suspected Poems' by Gulzar, a collection of his political poems, made available in English for the first time.

'The House that Spoke' will mark the debut of author Zuni Chopra who brings in the colours of Kashmir in the book.
