By all accounts the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the US has been bigger and more momentous. But for some reason the discourse back home is lost in a blinding blizzard of partisan discord. The Congress is mightily upset that the Prime Minister Modi has talked about Corruption on Foreign Soil. That he has besmirched the Gandhi family on Foreign Soil. The BJP is not holding back either. It is fuming at what it says is a naked attempt by the Congress to politicise Modi's emotional tribute to his mother among other indiscretions. In a flash any rational attempt at evaluating the big picture it seems has been deserted.
