From Dadri to Moodbidri, the hate hysteria rules the roost. Days after an innocent man was lynched in Dadri, an activist has been hacked to death in Moodbidri in Mangalore; his fault was that he helped cops expose an illegal cow slaughter house in the area.
On October 9, Bajrang Dal activist Prashanth Poojary was lynched by an angry mob. 11 days on, the cops have managed to arrest 8 accused, with 3 culprits still at large, like in Dadri. Netas are once again making a beeline to meet the victim's family, and desperately trying to communalise the incident. BS Yeddyurappa and Pramod Muthalik have already met the family and are demanding strict action, but, the bigger warning for India remains an eye-for-an-eye killing doesn't take us anywhere.
