Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has got a rude shock on the day he tabled his self proclaimed path breaking Lok Pal Bill in the Delhi Assembly. His two erstwhile associates Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan have dared him to a Public Debate to explain why the Legislation is not a LokePal. Specifically Kejriwal is accused of trying to ensure it never gets passed. Yadav and Bhushan are of the view that the Delhi Chief Minister is using his Lokpal Bill to bay for confrontation with a centre which is unlikely to approve it when it purports to bring Central Instutions under its Ambit. The Congress and the BJP have only too gladly fanned the flames.
