Leading the Congress charge is Rahul Gandhi, who contends that the case is a 100% political vendetta emanating from the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

But by repeated disruptions of the parliament, derailing legislature over a legal case, and undermining the autonomy of the judiciary, is the government guilty of contempt of court?
