Nation At 9: Should the Railways minister be held directly responsible?

The hour was midnight on a chilly winter eve but the cause was a roof for the cold and shivering. The netas did come but only to do what they do best—come and play politics. We have come to know by now that every tragedy is an opportunity for our netas. 
After Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi seems to have understood its importance too, as he made a beeline to the demolition venue in the national capital. The visit soon became a platform for Rahul to launch a scathing attack on the centre and the state government. 
The netas bickered, blamed each other and it soon turned into a who's a greater sympathiser debate, leaving the poor people to suffer out in the December cold.
So the question is are Rahul and Kejriwal playing politics over Delhi Demolition?
