BMC corporators are having fun in the Andaman Islands under the guise of a 'study tour', while the killer smoke from the huge fire at Deonar dumping ground in Mumbai has engulfed the city. The city’s infrastructure (roads, pavements, drainage, drinking water, playgrounds, etc.)  is also creaking, yet the BMC has spent only 25% of its capital budget for this financial year 2015-16 so far. This is the Nation at 9 debate on Sunday with Jujhar Singh (NewsX channel).

The guests are: Shaina NC (BJP), Charan Singh Sapra (Congress), Bejon Mishra (Consumer activist) and Arun Bhatia (Former Commissioner, Pune Municipal Corporation).
