Vijay Mallya has finally admitted that he is not coming back to India for now. The admission comes in an exclusive interview to our sister publication, The Sunday Guardian, his first interview after leaving India on the 2nd of March.
On his company defaulting on 7,000 crore worth of loans, Mallya blames the banks for “giving” bad loans! He also talks about his grand life.
He tried to justify the fact that at the end of the day he went to the bank and bank accepted his need for the loan saying, “Business is inherently risky. When the banks give out loans, they know the risk involved. They decide we don’t”.
