Nation At 9: Was army misled under UPA?

It's a story that will shock India. NewsX has accessed the disclosed papers related to the Malegaon 2008 blast case. In these papers is buried a stunning disclosure by the Indian Armed Forces.
A disclosure that suggests that the ATS under the then Congress Maharashtra government might not have been entirely upfront when seeking Lt. Col Purohit's arrest in connection with the terror attack.
In fact, the army has startlingly admitted that the ATS asked the army police to arrest Purohit in connection with a forgery and cheating case in Oct 2008. This is certainly curious as it was been alleged by the Maharashtra ATS and the NIA under the UPA in 2008 that was the Lt. Col Purohit lynchpin of the Malegaon terror blasts.
