11 months after the Agusta chopper kickbacks deal first burst onto the scene, here's a twist which could turn out to be a game changer. NewsX has accessed a submission to the CBI of the lawyers of Christian Michel - the key middleman in the Agusta Westland deal.
Christian Michel has offered a huge deal to the Centre. He is ready to cooperate and be questioned by the authorities. But there's a catch - no red
corner notice now, no red corner notice in the future as well, and certainly no arrest or detention in India.
But Michel insists that there's no politician involved in the scam. Can he really be trusted?
