The Narendra Modi government has taken the strongest step towards neutralising pakistan's propoganda over Kashmir. For years Pakistan has criticised India for suppressing human rights in Kashmir. It has raised the issue in bi-lateral talks and worse in international fora like the United Nations in other to push India onto the backfoot.

For years we've endured this propoganda. But today India decided enough is enough. India turned the tables on Pakistan. New Delhi has launched a massive counter attack accusing Pakistan of holding staged elections in Pakistan occupied Kashmir. India says Pakistan is doing this to cement its illegal occupation and further suppress the voices of lakhs of sympathisers of India by ensuring the election of puppet politicians. For the first time Pakistan is now under pressure to rebut the charges. Does it have answers? So far none are forthcoming from its officials.
