The Karnataka government defies the apex court yet again. Armed with a mandate from the Opposition, it has decided not to release water to Tamil Nadu and no nomination of state representative to the Cauvery management board.
CM Siddaramaiah is defending himself in the issue saying there is no intentional defiance in the case.
The Siddaramaiah govt will file a review petition against the order to set up the Cauvery water management board.
Siddaramaiah has called for a special session of Karnataka legislature on Monday.
