Nation at 9: If Kejriwal has no faith in police why not demand CBI probe in Delhi teen murder case?

The war for who the Delhi Police must report to took an unprecedentedly ugly and confrontationalist turn with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal summoning the Delhi Police chief over a recent brutal murder of a teen in broad daylight. During the face to face meeting the Delhi Chief Minister asked him to not just to explain why his force was failing but also supply a status report on the cases that were pending investigation. Clearly the diktat rubbed the Delhi police chief the wrong way who resented the implication of the demands made of him. In fact delhi police chief went public saying that he didn't report to any one individual but only to the centre and through it to parliament.
