A grievous terror attack in Kashmir brought home the dangers of flirting with Pakistan as Kashmir's Chief Minister has been over the last few weeks. Indeed, Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed has attempted to do his best to appease Pakistan and those that are allied with it.

First he forced the Modi government to resume the peace process with Pakistan.
