Uber Cab Rape Case: Driver accused in the case found guilty of all charges

NEW DELHI: A Delhi Court on Tuesday found the accused in Uber cab rape case, Shiv Kumar Yadav guilty of all charges in the incident. 
 
The quantum of punishment for Yadav will be announced by the city court on October 23.
 
Shiv Kumar Yadav is facing trial for raping a 25-year-old woman finance executive in his taxi on December 5, 2014. The victim working in Gurgaon was heading back to her house in Inderlok in Kumar’s taxi when he raped her after taking her to an isolated place. 
 
Yadav was arrested on December 7 from Mathura following a complaint by the victim and is currently in the judicial custody of police.
