Indonesia: Since the Underworld don Chhota Rajan was arrested in Bali, Indonesia on October 26th, arrangements are being made to bring him back to India. But a hurdle has been detected. Interpol has now warned of a security threat to the CBI team going to Bali to arrange for Rajan’s return to India.

Interpol has cautioned the team that there are chances that the syndicates may try to take Chhota Rajan out before he lands in India. Following this warning, it is now expected that Rajan will be ferried back to India by a special aircraft and will also seek special clearance from multiple countries regarding the same.

Chhota Rajan, while talking to NewsX, rubbished the ‘surrender theory’ saying that he did not surrender but was arrested by the Bali police.

He also claimed that there is no threat to his life but at the same time confessed that he is scared of Dawood Ibrahim. While he was being taken to the detention centre he said that he does not want to go to Zimbabwe but would like to return to India.

Chhota Rajan, an aide to Dawood Ibrahim in the past, is considered a big catch for India and might facilitate the way for tracing India’s most wanted criminal, Dawood Ibrahim.

An Indian law enforcement team is most likely to start their travel to Indonesia on Sunday. The 6-7 member team will comprise officials of Mumbai police, CBI and law officers.
