BJP National Executive meet begins in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: Chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP National Executive meet is being held in Bengaluru today.

Narendra Modi and top BJP leaders including party Chief Amit Shah, Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitley are scheduled to take up the discussion on the land bill in detail today.

The Centre was unable to get the amendment passed in both houses in first half of Budget session and is likely to re-promulgate the Ordinance.

A presentation will be made on the salient features of the land bill so that its strong points get highlighted. It is also likely to find a mention in the resolutions passed by the party during the two-day national executive, sources tell NewsX.
