Not relenting on his scathing attacks against the BJP leader and Union Finance Minister of India, Arun Jaitley, Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday said that the BJP minister had no public character or reputation to protect which he had claimed in the defamation suit.
In a direct response to Arun Jaitley's defamation suit filed against the Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal said that the high public reputation claim made by the Finance Minister in his defamation suit was completely frivolous and unsustainable.
In December, Arun Jaitley had filed a Rs 10-crore defamation suit against Arvind Kejriwal and five other leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party for falsely accusing him of corruption and amassing funds from the DDCA.
Jaitley had claimed on his court appearance on 5th January that Kejriwal had initiated a “defamatory campaign for political mileage, causing irreversible damage" to his public reputation.

Arun jaitley claim-- Frivilous-- Kejri

What any one with sense can expect from a person, who made the temple of democracy a "public meeting stage" ???. Unlike people of Delhi, who only look for freebies, hope the Hon'ble Court educate him through appropriate action, just to make him and his coterie to talk sense with basic decency !!
