BJP leader makes communal comments at Agra event

Agra: Another BJP leader has been accused of making a hate rant. Minister of State for Human Resource Developement Ram Shankar Katheria has been recorded on video making communal comments.
The speech was made at a condolence meeting for a Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) worker who had allegedly been killed by Muslim youth a few days ago. He has been accused of comparing the Muslim community to demons and calling for their removal from India. Several VHP leaders have also been accused of making communal comments during the meeting.
The Congress, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and the Janata Dal (United) (JDU) have demanded that Katheria be booked for sedition.

Katheria has denied making any communal comments and is maintaining that his words were taken out of context.
