Guntur: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) councillors were caught on camera engaging in a brawl during a municipality meeting in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

TDP councillors, Gummadi Ramesh and Pasupuleti Trimurthulu, first engaged in a verbal duel before going into a no holds barred fist fight right in front of party workers as well as camera persons during a meeting in Guntur. A footage from the meeting shows them engaging in the fight while municipality workers try to stop them.

According to reports, the fight had taken place over entry in the minutes book of the meeting.

The TDP president and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, N. Chandrababu Naidu, has taken note of the incident and is taking this matter very seriously.
