Mumbai: In a shocking incident, MNS goons including women vandalised and ransacked the office of a Raj Realty builder in Mumbai’s Mira Road, allegedly for ‘hafta’.
There were around 20-25 men who attacked the office located at Shanti Nagar, sector 11 of Mira Road and broke everything they found.
According to the owner Raj Singh, he used to get threat calls time and again from people asking for ‘hafta’.
When Singh refused to give them money, he alleged that they threatened to attack his office and finally they did.
FIR has been registered at Naya Nagar police station against the 11 MNS workers but no arrest has been made yet.
It’s been said that there was some dispute going on between the builder and the MNS workers.  And it was out of the dispute they start coming in and hitting out the people.
The builder had filed a case of tress-passing against them last month on February 25 for allegedly encroaching on a plot of land in Kashimira.
Singh estimated the losses in Tuesday's ran-sacking to over Rs 80 lakhs.
