Bhopal: An Air India flight had to make an emergency landing on Wednesday morning when a bird hit one of its engines.
Air India Flight 634 had to make the emergency landing minutes after it took off from Mumbai. It made said landing at Bhopal’s Raja Bhoj Airport in Madhya Pradesh.
A New York-Delhi Air India flight had made a similar emergency landing at Indira Gandhi International Airport. While this particular landing was due to definite technical problems, the earlier landing was termed as ‘precautionary’ as low pressure had been detected in one of the tyres.
