Gate 2016: Download scorecard along with counselling dates and schedules

Bangalore: The wait is finally over for the students who have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2016 as the results was declared on March 18. the organizers are soon expected to organize the counselling process and seat allotment. The website of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), GOAPS - GATE 2016 will let the candidates know the complete details.
The Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore announced the results of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2016 on Friday 18 March which was supposed to be announced on March 19. Students can now check their results and download their GATE 2016 scorecard.
The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all Indian examination that is conducted to tests the student’s comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate subjects in engineering and science. Candidates qualifing this test will get admission into various PG Programs i.e. Master of Engineering, Master of Technology, Doctor of Philosophy.
The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2016 examination held from 30th January to 7th February in the Morning and Afternoon on alternate weekends i.e. Saturday and Sunday. The exam is conducted by an Online Computer Based Test (CBT). All candidates who appeared in various undergraduate subjects in Engineering, Technology/ Architecture and post-graduate level subjects in Science can get check scores. Various subjects include Aerospace Engineering (AE), Agricultural Engineering (AG), Chemical Engineering (CH) and 20 more other subjects.
Candidates can check their results with the help of the following steps:
1. Visit the official website of GOAPS - GATE 2016.
2.Enter your email id/address with password
3. Press on Submit button
3.The results will be displayed on the screen.
4.Save and download or take a printout of your GATE result
5. Wait for the counselling session
