Bengaluru: The Aam Admi Party (AAP) workers staged a protest over graft complaint against Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah which will now be investigated by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) which they believe is toothless and of course it will not act against him.

AAP workers are protesting against the formation of ACB. They demand that the state government should withdraw the formation of the bureau.

The police detained some of the APP workers during the agitation.

Siddaramaiah on Sunday gave sanction to the ACB to investigate a criminal case against himself under the Prevention of Corruption Act over his diamond encrusted wrist watch issue.

He had clarified that the Hublot watch was gifted to him by a friend who is settled abroad. He later handed over the wrist watch to the state.
