NIA officer murder case solved, claims UP police

New Delhi: UP police claims to have solved the NIA officer murder case with the arrest two people in the case. They have been identified as Zainul and Reyaan. The main accused Munir is still absconding.
The police reached the conclusion after probing all the angles in the sensational murder case that Tanzil Ahmad was likely killed over a personal grouse.
Reyaan had disclosed that they were seeking some help from the Dy SP in a case. The refusal, however, might have enraged them against Tanzir.
Tanzil was shot dead on April 3 by two assailants on a motorbike while he was returning home from a wedding in Shahaspur.
The bike was ridden by Reyaan and Munir pumped 21 bullets in Tanzil Ahmads body through the open driver-side window. The pistol used to kill Tanzil was an automatic 9mm calibre pistol.
At the time of the attack, Tanzil was accompanied by his wife and two children. Tanzil's wife also received four bullet injuries and is battling for her life in the hospital.
However, the children escaped the manhunt. Munir, the main accused, is still absconding. The police have launched a man-hunt for Munir. The intention of the murder is still not clear.
