Congress workers protest against Shivraj Singh Chouhan in Bhopal

Bhopal: The women’s wing of the Congress party staged a massive protest in Bhopal against the BJP-ruled state government on Monday. They were protesting against Bhopal Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan for the insensitivity shown towards the water crisis issue. 
According to sources, state Congress organisational general secretary Chandrika Prasad Trivedi alleged that the BJP government in the state was non-serious towards dealing with the severe water crisis which has led to shortage of water in around 24,000 villages of 48 districts in Madhya Pradesh. 
The protestors have collected 10,000 bangles from across the state of Madhya Pradesh and these bangles will be handed over to Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s government for failing people of Madhya Pradesh on account of water crisis, security of women or corruption.
