FIR lodged against Vijay Mallya by ex-KFA employee

New Delhi: The Chief Judicial Magistrate Court (CJM) in Bulandshahr has issued direction to register FIR against liquor barren Vijay Mallya. FIR has been lodged by ex- Kingfisher Airlines (KFA) pilot over pending salary dues. 
According to reports, Kingfisher Airlines have allegedly not deposited a sum of Rs. Seven lakh deducted as tax deducted at source (TDS) from the salary of a pilot employed with the airlines. The airlines had also not given him the salary of eight months. 
The FIR was registered in the UP court by advocate Rajendra Prasad Sharma, father of the pilot Akash Sharma.
“Chief Judicial Magistrate Nupur issued direction to Bulandshahr police to register FIR under relevant Sections of the IPC against Mallya,” Advocate Rajendra Prasad Sharma said.

Earlier as well, Hyderabad court had taken action against Vijay Mallya after he was convicted in Rs 50 lakh cheque bouncing case following which non- bailable warrant was issued against him.
The Ministry of External Affairs has suspended Vijay Mallya’s diplomatic passport in connection with a money laundering probe in the over Rs. 900 crore IDBI Bank loan fraud case.
