Kakinada: A deputy transport commissioner in Andhra Pradesh has been arrested with his assets valued at Rs 800 crore at market value.
Anti-Corruption Bureau officials continued their raids for two days at various residential places of A. Mohan in nine places of Telangana state, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. ACB officials, led by its Central Investigation Unit DSP A. Ramadevi, conducted these raids.
Mohan was arrested and produced before the ACB Court in Vijayawada. The documented value of his properties has been accesed between Rs 100-120 crore. ACB officials mentioned several bank lockers were still remained to be searched.
