Ram Temple construction in talks

A day after BJP's Rajya Sabha member Subramanian Swamy raised the Ram Temple pitch in Parliament, Sadhus and Sants of the Ramanandi Nirmohi Akhara  organised a Dharam Sansad located in Ujjain to voice their right to construct the Ram Temple at Ram Janbhumi in Ayodhya.
The Dharam Sansad was attended by all key functioning of the akhara who unanimously decided to start construction of the Ram Temple at Ram Janbhumi in Ayodhya from November 8, 2016, defying a ban order by Supreme Court.
Speaking on the issue, Swamy said, “Already we have won the case in Allahabad High Court, established that it is ‘Ram Lallas’. The question is, where should the mosque be built? In my opinion, under the Islamic Law, Mosque can be built anywhere. So let them built the mosque across the river, tomorrow you have a solution. Otherwise we will win the case in the court. In my opinion if there is day-to-day hearing, within one month the case will be decided.”
Majid Memon said, “I ask Swamyji at the same why not expedite the criminal proceedings against those charged with demolition of the Babri Masjid. To that he has no answer. Therefore, these are all matter which will take their time and I think, so long as peace prevails in the country and Hindu-Muslim divide is avoided, we have no objection in whatever solution is found out in an amicable way.
